Prior to joining Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski, she served as litigation counsel for CNA Insurance Company. She has represented defendants in professional and commercial matters, including medical malpractice and nursing home cases, as well as in products, premises and general liability matters. She focuses on the business needs of the clients in helping to prepare and lead them through the litigation process.
For over 15 years she has been a court appointed arbitrator, in which she is involved in evaluating and assessing litigated personal injury cases. This has assisted her in providing advice to her clients on resolution strategies to obtain the best possible outcomes.
