Ms. Bauer graduated cum laude from Rutgers University in 2019. Following her graduation from Rutgers University, she attended Rutgers Law School as a merit scholarship and public interest grant recipient. Ms. Bauer graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2022 summa cum laude and with a certificate in criminal law and procedure.
While in law school, Ms. Bauer was a student-attorney in the Criminal and Youth Justice Clinic where she provided representation to youth incarcerated in New Jersey’s juvenile justice system, young adults charged with minor criminal offenses, and adults convicted of serious crimes as adolescents seeking post-conviction relief. During law school, Ms. Bauer completed internships at Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. She was also elected as the Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter.
After law school, Ms. Bauer clerked for the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva, J.S.C. in the Civil Division, Monmouth County. In her capacity as a judicial law clerk, Ms. Bauer researched and prepared legal memoranda and orders for various pre-trial motions in various areas of civil law including personal injury, professional malpractice, contract issues, NJ Law Against Discrimination, and the Torts Claims Act.
Ms. Bauer is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
