Brandon Minde was recently quoted in an article on nj.com in connection with a high-profile, white collar criminal defense matter he is handling in federal district court in New Jersey. The case was filed by the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey and alleges wire fraud, bribery, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, mortgage fraud and tax fraud against a former public official.
