In a July 17th Order, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia dealt the latest blow to hospital groups’ challenge to the January 1, 2018 Medicare reimbursement reduction for drugs purchased under the 340B discount drug program, affirming the district court’s dismissal of the case on presentment grounds.
